Overview
The PY25Q128HA is a 128 Mbit serial NOR Flash memory from PUYA for code and data storage. The datasheet covers a 2.7 – 3.6 V single supply for read, program and erase with no separate programming voltage, and supports the standard SPI mode 0 and mode 3 protocols in single, dual and quad configurations, including DTR transfers. Typical timings are 0.5 ms page program, 50 ms sector erase and 0.16 s / 0.3 s block erase.
Current figures are 7.0 mA active read at 85 MHz, 8.0 mA during program or erase, 15 µA standby and 1.0 µA in deep power-down. Endurance is 100,000 cycles with 20-year data retention, and the part carries a 128-bit unique ID. It is offered in SOP-8, USON8 and WSON8 packages.
