Overview
The P25Q128L is a 128 Mbit serial NOR Flash memory from PUYA designed for 1.8 V systems. The datasheet specifies a single 1.65 – 2.0 V supply for read, erase and program, with no separate high voltage required. Fast program and erase timings are quoted at 1.5 ms per page and 16 ms per sector or block, alongside 100,000 erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
Current consumption is 3.0 mA during an active read at 33 MHz, 2.5 mA in program or erase, 15 µA standby and 0.5 µA in deep power-down. The device supports SPI mode 0 and mode 3, carries a 128-bit unique ID and is rated for the -40 to +85 °C industrial range, making it a fit for battery-fed and always-on designs that work from a 1.8 V rail.
