The AWK6942 is a 36 V, 2 A synchronous step-down regulator from Analogwin with a 30 µA quiescent current. The datasheet specifies a 3.0 – 36 V input range, a 410 kHz switching frequency, a 1.5 % reference over -40 to +125 °C and a minimum on-time of 40 ns typical, using integrated MOSFETs with peak current mode control for fast loop response. Protection covers cycle-by-cycle current limit with hiccup mode and thermal shutdown.
