Overview
The TG5032SFN is a Hosonic TCXO in the 5032 package designed for network timing. The datasheet lists an output range of 10 MHz to 40 MHz with standard frequencies such as 10, 12.8, 19.2, 20, 24.576, 25, 25.6, 26, 30.72, 38.4, 38.88 and 40 MHz, from a 3.3 V supply with a usable range of 2.375 V to 3.63 V. Output is CMOS or clipped sine wave depending on the option.
Frequency/temperature grades start at A with ±0.1 ppm maximum over -40 to +85 °C, with H at ±0.25 ppm and B at ±0.28 ppm also available. First-year aging is ±1.0 ppm and 20-year aging ±3.0 ppm, while current consumption is 5.0 mA up to 26 MHz and 6.0 mA to 40 MHz. The part suits base stations, synchronous networking equipment and systems that need a tight frequency reference.
