KTH3102

The KTH3102 is the second grade in the KTH31XX linear Hall family, with 1.65 mV/Gs at 3.3 V and a ±840 Gs span. It covers magnets at moderate air gaps without saturating, which is where most current-sensing and lever-position designs land when the mechanical distance is not yet fixed. Output stays ratiometric to VDD, so the host ADC reference cancels supply error.
Overview
The KTH3102 is a ratiometric linear Hall sensor from CONNTEK with a mid-low sensitivity of 1.65 mV/Gs at 3.3 V and 2.50 mV/Gs at 5 V, giving a usable field span of about ±840 Gs at 3.3 V. It sits one step above the KTH3101 in the same family, so a design can trade field range for resolution without changing footprint or pinout.
The output is an analog voltage proportional to the field and referenced to VDD, resting at VDD/2 so that either polarity can be read. Supply range is 3.0 – 5.5 V with roughly 4.5 mA consumption at 3.3 V, and the operating temperature range is -40 to +125 °C. SOT-23, TO-92S and DFN1616 packages are available.
